Lake Bluff Retirement Village is always under some sort of development whether it's in the planning stage or breaking new ground for lot expansions.

Our main projects at hand for the moment have been the addition of numerous new lots in a beautiful culdesac which we are sure will be purchased in a very short period of time. Check our available lots for the latest additions and their eligibility.

Although we have many future plans on the drawing board, we do have definate plans to create a swimming pool area that should draw a lot of attention in the village. This is just one more ammenity that will be at your disposal to make your time here more comfortable.
